Sometimes you’re unexpectedly affected by music, like turning a corner and discovering a surprisingly glorious vista. This happened to me every on first hearing The Pleasures, perhaps it was the sound of the male/female vocals of Lachlan and Catherine, resonating with my inner dialogues.

Every year I aim to champion an artist born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula. Conquering his craft to great acclaim across the world, Lachlan Bryan’s new project ‘The Pleasures,’ with Catherine Britt is nothing short of stunning, and will undoubtedly be a moving experience in the Beleura Pavilion.

They’ve been touring this record across the United States to great acclaim so experiencing this in the Pavilion at Beleura will be special. Powerful songwriting at it’s best - you don’t need to love Country Music to feel this one, you just need a heart.
