Are you curious about your family history, but don’t know where to start?
With over twenty years’ experience as consulting historians, Way Back When has many tips to share with budding family historians!
In this very practical introductory workshop we will explore some of the resources that are freely available and accessible online from home, including the collections of State Library Victoria, the National Library of Australia, the Australian War Memorial and Public Record Office Victoria.
We’ll also share our tips and tricks for using your research finds to write compelling family histories.
You will leave with printed notes provided by Way Back When and lots of ideas about how to research and write your own family story.

Includes course notes and Afternoon Tea.
